Chris

Chris is not a criminal. He will tell you this himself, loudly, with his hands in the air. He's just a guy with a beat-up car, a friend named Jake, and big plans for a Friday night involving weed and pizza. That's it. That was the whole plan.

Then he spotted Sabrina on the corner of Bigboner Street, and something in his brain short-circuited. One conversation led to another, and before he knew it, he was calling a motel room a "business meeting" with a straight face. Even he doesn't know how that happened.

Chris isn't slick, isn't rich, and definitely isn't a weapons dealer — but nature was generous with him in ways that tend to make people forget what they came for. Sabrina showed up with a badge and two pistols. She left with something else entirely.
